Choose Authority

Growth and Authority also include monitoring for serious account or reputation issues. Requests needing the hotel team are passed to them for a response.

Prices exclude VAT. Minimum term: 3 months. Presenters, studio or paid venue costs, permits and additional production are separate. Paid advertising is a separate service.

How we manage your hotel’s social media

1 Agree your priorities

We review your profiles. We plan content around the stays, offers and dates you want to promote. We use your brand guidelines and agree which hotel accounts we will manage.

2 We prepare and create

We plan the content and write the scripts. Essential uses your footage. For Growth or Authority, we agree filming times and available rooms or spaces with your hotel contact.

3 Approve and publish

Your team checks offers, dates and other hotel details. We prepare the content for approval, then publish and handle routine comments and messages within your package.

4 Review what works

We review what people watch, save, click and ask about. Feedback from your reservations or sales team helps us plan the next month’s content.

01Does our team need to film or appear on camera?

With Essential, your team supplies footage. Growth and Authority include filming by Lunasol. We can show your hotel, feature your team or add an English-speaking presenter for an extra charge.

02Can you work with our brand guidelines and hotel schedule?

Yes. We use your existing guidelines and prepare content for approval. For filming, we agree times, available rooms and spaces with your hotel contact, taking guest activity into account.

03Can you promote stays, dining and events on the same account?

Yes. We agree priorities for the account within your package. These can include room offers, staycations, dining or events. Separate outlet accounts are agreed in the proposal.

04Will you answer messages and confirm bookings?

We answer routine questions using agreed information and direct guests to your booking website or hotel team. Your team confirms availability, rates, reservations and booking changes.

05Can you support more than one hotel?

Tell us which properties and accounts need support. The proposal sets out the accounts covered. Growth includes filming at one Dubai location per month; Authority includes up to two.

06Are paid ads and booking platform management included?

These packages cover organic social media management. Paid advertising is separate. Managing booking platforms, room rates and reservation systems is outside these packages.

07How much does hotel social media management cost?

Essential is AED 2,500 per month, Growth is AED 6,000 and Authority is AED 11,000, excluding VAT. Growth and Authority include filming. A presenter costs an extra AED 2,500 per month with Growth or AED 3,500 per month with Authority.
