Event video production in Dubai starts with the moments you cannot repeat. A business event may need a highlight film, complete talks, interviews or short clips for later campaigns. Those outputs require different camera positions, sound recording and crew coverage. Tell the production team what the footage must do before asking for a quote.
LunaSol offers video production, including event filming in Dubai. The scope is agreed around the event and intended outputs. Use the schedule below to make the brief concrete; it is a planning example, not a fixed production package.
Turn the run-of-show into a capture plan
| Moment | Required picture | Required sound | Dependency to confirm |
|---|---|---|---|
| Guest arrival | Venue, branding and selected arrival coverage | Atmosphere where useful | Access before doors open and participant arrangements |
| Opening speech | Stable coverage of the speaker and relevant audience reactions | Tested feed plus the agreed backup approach | AV contact, microphone routing and start time |
| Demonstration | The action and details that explain the product | Presenter explanation where required | Camera access and safe viewing positions |
| Interview | A quiet, controlled setup with the agreed subject | Clear isolated speech | Confirmed participant, questions and time slot |
| Networking | Appropriate interactions and venue context | Atmosphere or planned short comments | Areas and people that can be filmed |
| Closing moment | The specific finale or group scene | Sound needed for the edit | Exact cue and camera position |
Mark the non-negotiable moments and any simultaneous sessions. One camera cannot cover two rooms at once. If you need full recordings of parallel talks, make that a separate coverage requirement. A highlight-film brief should not be assumed to include an uninterrupted record of every speaker.
Plan sound with the venue's AV team
Identify the person responsible for the sound desk and arrange a test before guests arrive. Confirm which microphones carry speeches, panels and audience questions. A camera pointed at the stage does not ensure usable speech audio. If a speaker walks away from the microphone or an audience question is unamplified, the recording plan needs to account for it.
Agree what happens if the planned feed is unavailable and what additional equipment or crew that requires. This should be decided in the quote, not discovered during the opening remarks. Where music or other third-party material is included, confirm the rights for the intended final use.
Decide the outputs before filming
Specify where each edit will appear, the required aspect ratios, whether captions or speaker names are needed and who approves factual details. A vertical interview clip may require a different composition from a wide stage recording. Capture important action with the intended crops in mind. Confirm whether raw footage, complete talks and project files are included or separately scoped.
If same-day delivery is required, state the deadline, approval contact and edit facilities. Fast turnaround competes with filming and review time unless the team is planned for both. Set a realistic sequence for the first cut, consolidated feedback and final delivery. Last-minute requests for extra formats should be assessed against the remaining production time.
Confirm access and applicable permissions
Assign responsibility for venue access, participant arrangements and any applicable production permissions. The Dubai Film and TV Commission FAQ distinguishes filming scenarios, including events. Have the producer confirm how the current requirements apply to your exact production, particularly any additional locations or specialist filming. Venue access and permission to publish particular people or materials are separate practical checks. Reference reviewed on 3 November 2026.
Send LunaSol the date, venue, run-of-show, must-capture moments and intended outputs through our video production page. Compare the resulting scope with other quotes using our video quote comparison guide. The most useful comparison is whether each team can capture and deliver what your event actually needs.
