In a small sample of published offers from five Dubai/UAE providers reviewed in September 2026, monthly service prices for packages offering Meta Ads management ranged from AED 770 to AED 6,999. The sample includes different levels of campaign support and some broader marketing bundles. It is a range of advertised package prices, not a Dubai market average or a comparison of identical services. Published entry-package pricing, published management tiers.
Lunasol's Essential advertising management is AED 3,000 per month excluding VAT, with Meta as the selected channel. The fee covers managing the campaigns; your Facebook and Instagram advertising spend is separate.
The right comparison is the price of managing your actual account: its budget, offers, creative requirements, tracking needs and reporting. A lower headline fee is attractive when it covers that work. It is less useful if essential tasks still need another supplier or your own time.
What the monthly management fee pays for
Management is the work around the media investment: deciding what to run, building campaigns, preparing ad copy, reviewing delivery, testing suitable changes and reporting what happened.
It is separate from buying advertising space. “Up to AED 15,000 ad spend” in a management package normally describes the budget the service will manage. It should not be read as AED 15,000 of included advertising credit.
It is also separate from a promise of results. A management fee buys agreed work and accountability, not a guaranteed number of customers.
The public offers in the sample above attach different creative quantities, managed-spend allowances and reporting arrangements to their prices. Their fees establish what those providers advertise, not what every Dubai agency charges. Check the current written quote, including VAT, for the work you intend to purchase.
Lunasol's advertising management prices
Lunasol’s monthly management fees are below. Agree the scope for your Meta Ads brief; media spend is separate from every fee.
| Package | Monthly management fee, excluding VAT | Managed monthly media spend |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | AED 3,000 | Up to AED 15,000 |
| Growth | AED 6,000 | Up to AED 40,000 |
| Scale | AED 10,000 or 12% of ad spend, whichever is higher | Agree the spending scope for your programme |
For Scale, ask for the resulting fee at your planned spending level. Lunasol clients pay media spend directly through client-owned advertising accounts.
Choose the management scope because the account needs the work, rather than treating a higher tier as a promise of better results.
Flat fee or percentage: compare the actual invoice
A flat fee makes the monthly service amount easy to see, but check the spending allowance and what triggers a new quote. A percentage fee changes with media spend; a minimum fee may still apply.
Ask whether a percentage covers Meta only or all managed channels, and whether it is calculated on actual media spend. Establish how tax, platform credits and any separate production charges are treated in the quote.
Here is a deliberately hypothetical comparison, unrelated to the market sample or Lunasol's packages. Assume identical scope, no minimum fee and no extras:
| Chosen monthly media spend | Hypothetical AED 2,000 flat fee | Hypothetical 15% management fee |
|---|---|---|
| AED 10,000 | AED 2,000 | AED 1,500 |
| AED 20,000 | AED 2,000 | AED 3,000 |
The percentage option is cheaper at the first spending level and more expensive at the second. That does not make either model better. It shows why comparing the percentage alone, without the expected spend and scope, can give the wrong answer.
For a real proposal, ask for the management fee at both your planned budget and a plausible next spending level. You should understand the cost of an approved increase before making it.
What can make the work more expensive?
More separate offers or customer journeys. Running one offer to one suitable destination differs from managing several offers with separate landing pages, languages and follow-up processes. Ask how that complexity affects the fee rather than assuming campaign count measures all the work.
Creative that needs producing. Ad variations made from usable material are different from a new filmed demonstration, presenter performance or photography session. Count the work needed to make the assets, not just the number of exports.
A measurement problem that needs fixing. Checking whether a conversion is recorded is different from developing an advanced CRM integration or server-side tracking arrangement. Identify the actual problem and who is responsible for implementation.
Additional languages or local production. For a Dubai campaign, specify who supplies and approves each language version and whether filming is needed at the business. Do not assume Arabic localisation or an on-site shoot follows automatically from “local agency”.
The level of review and coordination. A report, a strategy call and hands-on coordination with production or sales are different commitments. Buy the communication and decisions your account needs, with a clear person responsible.
These factors explain what to ask about. They do not justify an unexplained surcharge or prove that a higher fee will deliver a better result.
What is separate from Lunasol's management fee?
Creative testing and ad variations using suitable client-supplied or Lunasol-produced assets are included within the agreed campaign scope.
New filming, photography, landing page development, Arabic localisation, advanced CRM or server-side tracking and lead handling are quoted separately. If the campaign needs them, include them in the plan before judging whether the management fee fits the budget.
Ask for initial work, the ongoing management fee and required extras as separate amounts. This keeps a launch invoice distinct from an ordinary month. Keep media spend separate in both.
Also establish that supplied content can be used in paid advertising. A finished organic video is not automatically cleared for every advertising use, especially where talent, music or third-party material is involved.
Judge value by the work you can stop coordinating
A well-priced service leaves the necessary jobs assigned. It should be clear who prepares the next test, who can change the budget, who explains the results and who acts when the campaign needs new material.
Lunasol can connect campaign management with separately commissioned creative or website work. For a business that needs those services, having the responsibilities assigned within one team can reduce the coordination left to the owner.
If your internal team already covers production and the website, the advertising brief can focus on the management gap.
Get a fee you can compare and plan around
Before accepting a management quote, ask for a clear answer to four questions:
- What monthly Meta media budget does this fee cover?
- Which creative, tracking and reporting work will be delivered for that amount?
- What initial work or necessary extras are outside the fee?
- What would change the management price later?
Ask Lunasol to price your Meta management scope. Share the media budget, offers, existing assets and work your team already handles. We can distinguish the management you need from additional production or technical work, so you can assess the complete service before appointing a team.
