15 out of 50 reviewed agency websites displayed a usable numeric paid-service price on the pages inspected on 26 September 2026. A further 21 offered custom quotation without a qualifying fee, while 14 had no qualifying numeric fee recorded. These are findings from a purposive sample of Dubai-facing providers, not a Dubai market average.

Examples include Markamo SEO from AED 2,000/month and SocialHype's combined Starter package at AED 5,999/month. They buy different work. This benchmark separates offers by service model so you can compare relevant scope before comparing numbers.

Lunasol publishes this benchmark and appears in the sample. Its inclusion creates a commercial interest. The same pricing and source rules apply to Lunasol and every other provider; no winner or quality score is assigned. Independently verify all providers, including Lunasol. We have not audited competitors' delivery quality.

Methodology at a glance

Item Method
Research date 26 September 2026
Sample size 50 provider brands; one observation per brand, not one per package
Unit of analysis The provider's own linked commercial page or clearly identified own offer within a page
Inclusion criteria Active first-party page, explicit Dubai/UAE service relevance and inspectable marketing-service information
What counted as a price A positive fee for the provider's own paid service, with identifiable currency and billing or one-off basis
What did not count Free diagnostics, generic market estimates, media budgets, client revenue claims and enquiry-form budget options
Main limitation Purposive, non-representative website sample; advertised offers, not negotiated quotes or paid invoices

Providers were discovered through Dubai agency and pricing searches and relevant agency websites. The sample includes Dubai-based businesses and providers serving Dubai from elsewhere. Brand affiliations were not audited, so 50 brands does not mean 50 independently owned legal entities. Inclusion does not certify licensing or quality.

We recorded one illustrative offer per priced provider, not necessarily its cheapest service. A provider can sell several service models; the category below describes only the selected offer. An editorial cost guide qualifies only where it clearly identifies that provider's own purchasable service price. General market ranges within the same guide are excluded.

The remaining classifications apply only to the linked pages. “Custom quote” requires an explicit tailored-pricing or quotation route. “No qualifying fee” means the inspected material did not supply a price meeting every rule above; it is not a claim about all pages on that website. No agencies were contacted for quotations.

Published fees, grouped by service model

Of the 15 qualifying observations, 14 are monthly service fees and one is onboarding only. Amounts retain their verified currency and billing basis. They are not converted or tax-normalised. A missing tax or scope detail is a question for the written proposal, not an assumed inclusion.

Provider and source Observed service Advertised fee Scope and conditions
1000X Marketing Onboarding only AED 2,000–3,500 once Audit, strategy, campaign setup and creative briefing; waived with six-month agreement. VAT and media separate. This is not the monthly retainer.

The fee formulas also differ. Gambra adds a base retainer to a percentage of media; INNOWEB uses the higher of a minimum and a percentage. The same media budget therefore does not imply the same calculation.

The other 35 providers

What the data actually shows

  • Public pricing exists, but it was not universal in this sample. The opening count measures qualifying disclosure on inspected pages, not the percentage of all Dubai agencies that publish prices.
  • A published price describes a particular purchase. The observations include paid-media management, SEO, combined programmes and onboarding. A monthly label alone does not make their scopes comparable.
  • The agency fee is often only part of the budget. Several observed management offers explicitly exclude media; others price setup, production or website work separately. The row conditions matter as much as the entry fee.
  • Custom quotation does not reveal the eventual price level. It supplies a route to a scoped offer, not evidence of a premium.

These observations do not establish which service model is generally more transparent: this is one selected offer per brand, not a census of every service each provider sells. No pooled average or median is calculated. Even within a category, differences in channels, production, implementation and commitment prevent a reliable like-for-like summary price from this small sample.

Build a benchmark for your actual brief

Write one common brief before requesting quotations. Specify the business offer, target locations and languages, channels, required production, website work, measurement and what your internal team will supply. Ask every provider to price that same work and identify departures from it.

Then compare the same period. Separate one-off setup from recurring fees, platform budgets, production, software and applicable taxes. Record minimum commitments, renewal assumptions and any spend-linked fee formula. Keep optional work separate from work needed to deliver the brief.

For a hypothetical Dubai home-maintenance business, the required work might include service-area landing pages, local search, paid enquiries and job-site content. One agency might include filming; another might need usable footage from the business. The second fee cannot be judged without adding the cost and responsibility of producing that input. The purpose is to reveal the complete purchase, not to reward the longest list of deliverables.

If the main uncertainty is whether new enquiries become profitable jobs, request measurement and sales-feedback responsibilities in the scope. The cheapest quoted activity is not automatically the lowest-cost route to the outcome, and an expensive proposal is not proof of better execution.

Where Lunasol fits in this comparison

Lunasol's public full-service offer is relevant when you need recurring content production connected with social, advertising and search. Its fee should be compared against a similarly scoped programme, including the production inputs and coordination it covers. Media and separately commissioned additions still need their own budget.

Bring the common brief to Lunasol and request a proposal that specifies the delivery level, business inputs, additional work and total commitment. Apply the same scope comparison to every agency you consider.

Questions about the benchmark

Does this show what 50 agencies actually charged clients?

No. It records public offers and quote routes from 50 provider brands. An advertised fee is not evidence of a negotiated invoice or the average amount clients pay.

Can I treat a price without an exclusion note as all-inclusive?

No. A missing detail remains unconfirmed. Ask about media, production, software, tax and the commitment before treating the price as a complete budget.

Is a custom quote a sign that an agency is expensive?

No. This review does not establish the price level of an unpriced scope. Ask for a quotation against your common brief instead of inferring a premium from the absence of a rate card.

How long are these prices valid?

The observation date is 26 September 2026. Providers can change their offers, so verify the current page and written proposal. The table is a dated reference for comparing scope, not a binding quotation.
