The best digital marketing agency for your Dubai business depends on the work you need it to own. A CRM-led acquisition programme, a technical search project and a monthly filming-and-campaign programme call for different capabilities. This comparison covers eight agencies with Dubai-facing services and explains what their public offers can tell you before requesting proposals.

Lunasol publishes this guide and includes itself. That is a commercial interest readers should consider. Agencies appear alphabetically, with no score or overall winner, and Lunasol must meet the same published-evidence criteria as every other provider. Independently verify each shortlisted agency, including Lunasol. Inclusion does not mean we audited competitors’ delivery quality. Services and public prices were checked on 26 September 2026.

How the shortlist was assembled

This is an editorial shortlist, not a claim that eight agencies are objectively better than every alternative. We reviewed current Dubai search results and agency directories to identify candidates, then checked their own websites. Directory placement helped discovery; it did not determine a rank.

A provider needed all four of the following:

  • Confirmed Dubai/UAE service relevance and an active first-party website.
  • An identifiable service specialisation or buying use case.
  • Enough public service information to describe that use case accurately.
  • Material relevance to a business comparing marketing partners, rather than inclusion solely because a low price was easy to find.

The final eight cover connected production and distribution, regional campaigns, search, CRM and substantial website work. Other providers can also satisfy these criteria; this is a manageable starting list, not an exhaustive market assessment. We did not commission work, interview clients or audit delivery. Awards, review totals and client logos are not treated as proof of superiority.

Prices are examples of specific advertised offers. They are not like-for-like quotes or estimates of what every engagement costs. Where no relevant fixed fee was visible on the reviewed page, the table says so. That does not mean the provider has no prices anywhere on its website.

Eight agencies at a glance

Agency and reviewed source Relevant brief to investigate Published service basis Pricing approach on the reviewed page
Blue Beetle A website-led customer journey, particularly in hospitality or property Website strategy, design, development and digital marketing; published hospitality/property work Discovery-led proposal; no fixed programme fee displayed
Chain Reaction Regional campaigns needing search, media and Arabic/English delivery SEO, GEO, paid media, social, content/video, analytics and web development No fixed service fee displayed on the FAQ page
Digital Gravity A substantial website, app or e-commerce build alongside marketing Web/app development, UX/UI, SEO, social and PPC Custom proposal; general cost guidance is not a quoted retainer
Global Media Insight Website content and acquisition channels that need coordinated work Websites, SEO, social, online advertising, video and analytics Scope-based cost enquiry
Lunasol Recurring content/video, social, paid advertising and search in one monthly programme Production and channel management coordinated through one plan and contact AED 12,000, 20,000 and 30,000/month packages; media separate
NEXA Marketing connected to CRM, lead handling and sales processes Digital marketing, websites, content and HubSpot implementation Request-a-quote route
Prism Digital Digital acquisition that also needs branding, PR or launch support SEO, paid media, social, web development, branding, video and PR Requirements-based pricing; no fixed programme fee displayed
SEO Sherpa Search-led acquisition with technical and conversion work Technical/local SEO, content, digital PR, CRO and paid search Custom pricing proposals

Confirm current scope, tax treatment, commitment and extra costs with each agency. A starting fee is not a budget ceiling, and a combined package is not equivalent to a single-service retainer.

What each agency brings to a shortlist

Blue Beetle: website-led customer journeys

Blue Beetle's website and digital marketing work includes hospitality and property projects. Its published process connects customer-journey planning with design and development. Consider it when the website itself is a substantial part of the marketing problem.

Ask how the proposed website will support bookings or enquiries, which marketing services follow launch and who owns improvements after the build. Have project delivery and ongoing activity priced distinctly.

Chain Reaction: regional campaigns spanning search and media

Chain Reaction's FAQ describes a Dubai-headquartered agency covering search, paid media, social, creative and analytics. It also describes Arabic and English work across the MENA region. That makes it a relevant candidate to investigate when the brief spans markets and channels. Its published capabilities provide the starting point for that discussion.

Ask how market-specific research, language approval and channel decisions would be staffed for your account. A regional service list alone does not establish the team or production allocation included in your proposal.

Digital Gravity: websites and development alongside marketing

Digital Gravity presents web, application and e-commerce development alongside marketing services. Consider it when the buying problem includes a substantial website or digital-product component, rather than only ongoing campaign management.

Ask for separate project and recurring scopes, with an explicit handover between development and marketing. Its general website cost guidance should not be read as the price of a particular build or a monthly marketing service. Have the proposed functionality and continuing responsibilities priced together.

Global Media Insight: a broad web and marketing scope

Global Media Insight lists website development, search, social, advertising, video and analytics. Its service catalogue also includes Arabic and English content options. It is worth considering where a website, its content and its acquisition channels need coordinated work.

Ask which specialists will be involved and whether writing, translation, implementation and measurement sit in the same proposal. Breadth is useful only when responsibilities and dependencies are clear for the actual brief.

Lunasol: recurring production connected to distribution

Lunasol's full-service programme combines monthly content and video production with social management, paid advertising and SEO/local search. It describes one plan, one contact and combined reporting. This is a relevant fit to explore when the business needs both material to publish and a team to distribute and improve it.

Core Growth is advertised at AED 12,000/month with one main advertising channel; Business Growth and Market Authority are AED 20,000 and AED 30,000/month. Media is separate. Websites, dedicated GEO work and additional production can be scoped separately. Ask what filming, languages, approvals and production inputs your particular proposal includes. Those details determine whether the programme fits your operating capacity.

NEXA: connecting marketing with CRM and sales processes

NEXA describes digital marketing and HubSpot implementation, including connections between marketing, CRM, sales and customer-service workflows. Consider it when the brief involves what happens after a lead arrives, as well as acquisition itself.

Request a breakdown of implementation, ongoing marketing and software costs. Ask how data migration, integrations and adoption by your sales team would be handled. An agency can configure a process, but the business still needs people responsible for using it.

Prism Digital: acquisition alongside branding and launch work

Prism's Dubai service catalogue spans search, paid media, social, websites, branding, video and public relations. It is a candidate when a campaign needs both digital acquisition and broader launch or brand support.

Ask which of those disciplines the assigned team will deliver, which are separate workstreams and how campaign decisions will be coordinated. A launch brief should identify both the material to produce and the channels responsible for distributing it.

SEO Sherpa: search-led acquisition and conversion

SEO Sherpa's published services combine technical search work, content, digital PR and conversion-rate optimisation, with other search and paid-media services also listed. It is a candidate to investigate when search performance is the central problem and you want proposals built around that work.

Ask which implementation tasks are included, which require your developers and how commercial progress will be measured. Do not treat a search-focused engagement as a substitute for a regular filming or customer-response service unless those duties are explicitly included.

Turn the comparison into a useful proposal round

Choose agencies against the same business problem, not simply the same monthly ceiling. Give each shortlisted team a short brief containing your offer, customer, service area, target languages, existing systems and the work you can supply internally.

For example, a hypothetical Dubai fitness business might need fresh monthly footage, local discovery, paid lead generation and a reliable booking handoff. Ask each agency to explain one path from the approved offer to the booked trial. The answer should identify who films, who edits, who publishes, who manages campaigns and who follows up. Any missing responsibility belongs in the comparison even if it is excluded from the agency's fee.

Compare the proposals in three stages:

  1. Coverage: does the proposal address the work and dependencies in your brief?
  2. Evidence: can the proposed team show relevant work and explain its contribution without turning unrelated results into promises?
  3. Commitment: what are the complete costs, business inputs, approval responsibilities and exit arrangements?

Do not penalise a specialist for declining unrelated work. Equally, do not award a full-service agency extra credit for listing services you do not need.

How to interpret pricing differences

The table combines a published full-service package structure with providers that price around a brief. It does not establish a Dubai agency price range. When proposals arrive, compare equivalent work: a search engagement and a production-led marketing programme may leave very different responsibilities with your business. A custom proposal is not automatically expensive or poor value because it lacks a published number.

Ask every shortlisted agency for the same cost view: initial work, recurring fees, platform spend, production, software, taxes and additional work. Check the period and commitment attached to each line. Then compare the cost of delivering the whole brief, including any responsibilities left with your team.

Use this guide to decide whom to investigate. The final choice should rest on the proposed people, agreed scope and evidence relevant to your business. If connected monthly content, social, advertising and search are the requirement, bring that brief to Lunasol and request a proposal that makes the production and delivery responsibilities explicit.
